Crypto payment infrastructure provider Confirmo launched Subscribe on July 14, a service that lets enterprise customers automate recurring stablecoin billing across more than 700 self-custody wallets and exchange accounts.

Built on Solana and Polygon, the platform initially supports Circle’s USDC and Paxos’ USDG, with proprietary trading firm FTMO serving as the launch’s first client and design partner.

Stablecoin subscription payments open a new era for enterprise billing

According to a July 14 announcement, Confirmo introduced Subscribe, a service that enables businesses to automate recurring stablecoin subscription payments through more than 700 supported self-custody wallets and exchange accounts.

The platform targets software-as-a-service (SaaS) providers, subscription businesses, online platforms, and digital merchants seeking a frictionless method of collecting recurring payments globally.

Built on the Solana and Polygon blockchains, the platform initially supports USDC, issued by Circle, alongside USDG, issued by Paxos. Paxos also serves as Confirmo’s U.S. infrastructure partner, helping strengthen the company’s stablecoin infrastructure and market access.

The timing reflects broader industry momentum. Confirmo noted that the global subscription economy is projected to reach $1.2 trillion by 2030, while more than 700 million people worldwide now own digital assets, creating a growing addressable market for stablecoin subscription payments.

Stablecoin subscription payments remove traditional billing friction

One of the biggest advantages of stablecoin subscription payments is their ability to eliminate common issues associated with traditional card-based recurring billing.

Unlike many crypto payment services that only support self-custody wallets, Confirmo’s platform also accepts payments directly from exchange accounts.

Through WalletConnect integration, customers gain access to over 700 compatible wallets, significantly expanding payment accessibility.

Once customers approve a subscription, the system automatically collects funds on each billing cycle. Merchants can monitor completed transactions alongside scheduled payments through the same dashboard already used for Confirmo’s existing stablecoin payment services.

Subscription plans remain denominated in U.S. dollars, minimizing exposure to cryptocurrency price volatility while allowing settlement through stablecoins. This approach helps businesses benefit from faster cross-border transactions, reduced payment costs, and fewer unexpected banking fees.

The system also addresses one of subscription businesses’ biggest headaches—failed card payments. Since approved wallet-based pull payments execute automatically, businesses can potentially reduce involuntary customer churn caused by expired cards or declined transactions.

Confirmo says stablecoin subscription payments were built around customer needs

Anna Kratky Strebl, Group CEO of Confirmo, said the company designed the solution alongside long-term enterprise customers to address real-world payment challenges.

“Built in collaboration with our long-term customers, it gives merchants a more transparent, cost-effective way to manage subscription and recurring revenue models, while making it easier for consumers worldwide to pay with the wallets and accounts they already use,” Strebl said.

She added that Confirmo intends to continue expanding its offerings as stablecoins become increasingly integrated into mainstream financial infrastructure and businesses adopt new digital payment models.

FTMO helped shape the stablecoin subscription payments platform

The stablecoin subscription payments infrastructure was developed in partnership with proprietary trading firm FTMO, which served as the product’s design partner throughout development.

The collaboration allowed Confirmo to validate the platform using real operational requirements before its public rollout.

Milan Flosman, Head of Finance Operations at FTMO, said the service fills a gap that previously existed in enterprise crypto payments.

“Subscribe will give us something that didn’t exist before—a way to run automated, recurring stablecoin billing without building it ourselves,” Flosman said.

He added that Confirmo’s understanding of FTMO’s operational environment enabled seamless integration.

“We’re not just looking to accept a new payment method; we’re preparing to launch a new payment model entirely,” Flosman added.

Stablecoin subscription payments reflect a much bigger industry shift

The launch underscores how stablecoin subscription payments are becoming part of a much broader transformation in digital finance.

Stablecoins are rapidly expanding beyond crypto trading into business-to-business settlements, payroll, remittances, and cross-border commerce.

Earlier this year, Borderless.xyz reported that stablecoin cross-border payments consistently priced below traditional interbank foreign exchange rates throughout the second quarter of 2026.

The firm analyzed 260 payment corridors across 108 countries using nearly three million exchange-rate observations, finding that stablecoin transfers maintained predictable pricing while provider choice became the largest determinant of payment costs.

Borderless.xyz also reported that real-world stablecoin payment volume doubled to approximately $400 billion during 2025, driven largely by business payments, payroll, and international settlements.

Payment providers, including dLocal and SBI Remit, have continued expanding stablecoin services into new international corridors.

As enterprise demand for programmable, borderless financial infrastructure grows, stablecoin subscription payments are increasingly positioned to become a cornerstone of the global subscription economy.

Confirmo’s latest launch highlights how blockchain-based recurring billing is evolving from an experimental payment option into a practical commercial solution capable of supporting businesses operating on a global scale.
