DAG Wealth has launched a new trading strategy, developed with Parataxis Capital Management, that lets XRP holders pursue returns on their tokens without selling them.
Branded the Parataxis Systematic Trading Strategy, the offering keeps client XRP in a separately managed account at qualified custodian Anchorage Digital, where it stays in the client’s own name and serves as collateral while Parataxis trades on their behalf.
Under the structure, clients contribute XRP in-kind to the managed account rather than transferring ownership. The tokens remain visible and identifiable as the client’s own holdings at Anchorage Digital throughout the arrangement. Parataxis then runs a systematic trading strategy against that collateral, with any profits or losses settling back to the client’s account.
Louis Hsu, Chief Investment Officer at DAG Wealth, said the setup depends on the two partners involved.
“This is a genuinely institutional setup, and it only works because of the partners involved,” Hsu said. “Anchorage’s custody infrastructure and Parataxis’ track record trading large-cap, liquid tokens are what made this tri-party structure possible to put long-term XRP assets to work without asking clients to give up custody.”
The strategy is available to eligible DAG Wealth clients following a suitability review with their advisor. Whether it fits a particular client depends on that client’s investment objectives, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance, determined jointly with a DAG Wealth advisor, who can walk clients through the methodology and risk profile before enrollment.
