Citi has appointed Rajeev Garg as Head of Wealth for Citibank N.A., UAE, effective June 18, 2026. Garg will lead the Citigold, Citigold Private Client, and Credit Cards segments in the UAE, with responsibility for strategic growth, risk management, and regulatory compliance in line with global and local standards.
He will report to Yeo Wenxian, Head of Asia South Wealth, with a local reporting line to Shamsa Al-Falasi, Citi Country Officer, Banking Head, and CEO of Citibank N.A., UAE. The Private Bank will continue to be overseen by Mohannad Sleiman.

Garg brings 26 years of financial services experience, including more than 18 years at Citi across multiple roles and geographies. He most recently served as Asia South Citigold Business Execution Lead. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
